Taking MySpace pics?

Ugh, it seems like every time I take a pic for MySpace (or any reason at all, really) my face ends up looking fat, chubby, round, etc.

In reality, I'm pretty skinny, so... Is this just a really bad case of non-photogenic-ness, or can I actually do something to fix this?

Oh, and is there any way to make one's face look skinnier, no cameras involved?

Try making sure that your head is tilted down slightly, or try taking them from a 3/4 angle. Sometimes a straight front shot can be unflattering.

Just have fun and take a ton of pictures. Pay attention to what looks good and what doesn't. Just practice and eventually you'll get a feel for what anlges work for you :)

angles, photoshop, or just plain ol diet can work wonders :]

but I have the same problem when I look in the mirror my face looks longer and skinnier, but in pictures it looks way wide.

Find an angle that always seems to work for you. for some reason mine is holding the camera up to the left alittle and holding it down before snapping the picture. Also, find a hairstyle that use can use while taking pictures that looks like it slims the face, mainly putting the hair close to the face slims it. Also, if you can , try to find a make-up style that might bring attention toward your eyes or lips so it doesnt bring so much attention to your face's shape.

Okay, anyway, what you can do is use your hair. Style your hair so that it changes how you see your face. Make up is also good to draw attention away from your cheeks. Or take a photo with your cute baby sister or something. lol!
